These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions of use”) contain an entire understanding and agreement between Dehcon Limited (registered name), ("Company, We, Us, Our") for its project, "SundaySkills" (trading name) and You (“You, Your, User”) in relation to Your use of this website, www.sundayskills.com (“Site”) and supersede and replace any representation, statement or other communication (whether written or otherwise) made by You or Us which is not contained herein. These terms explain how You may use this website (the ‘Site’); www.sundayskills.com, and all associated web pages.

3. Definitions and Interpretation
3.1 Company, We, Us or Our
Dehcon Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under Company Registration No. 10864451 whose registered office is in London;
3.2 You, Your or User
means a person or a User, whether a Free Visitor or a Registered Member, accessing or using the specific areas of the Site, allowed to You;
means any information or set of information in shape of a text, an image, audio, video, or other multimedia stuff, other information or material submitted to, submitted on or accessible from the Site;
means the User's Registered Account, See Clause 3.5 (below); accessible via Account Login allowing You access to the Site to use its Contents as described in Clause 3.12, 3.13, 3.14 & 3.19 (below);
3.5 Registration of Account
means to open an Account with the Site by providing Us required personal information. Registration is absolutely free till further decision by SundaySkills management;
3.6 Account Login
means Your personal Login details which are required to access the Account;
3.7 Free Visitor
means a person who visits the Site, without Registration of an Account. A Free visitor has no access to Practice Paper, Test Paper, Young Artists' Club (YAC) and the Prime Quiz;
3.8 Registered Member
means a person who has registered an Account with the Site; See Clause 3.5 (above) and Clause 6.1 (below);
3.9 Registration Period
means a period that starts from the date of Registration of an Account and ends after a period of one year. (Currently, registration is free);
3.10 Subscription Area
means a restricted area of the Site accessible to Registered Member only. A subscription area mainly includes Practice Paper, Test Paper, Prime Quiz, Young Artists' Club and all other Contents or Products that We may offer You from time to time;
means either (i) a Prime Quiz, See Clause 3.12 (below), (ii) Practice Paper(s); see Clause 3.13 (below), (iii) Test Paper(s); see Clause 3.14 (below), (iv) Young Artists' Club (YAC) contest; see Clause 3.19 (below) and/or (v) any other knowledge-based package/product that could be available on the Site from time to time;
3.12 Prime Quiz
means a “Paid Quiz”, to be held twice a month or as described in Clause 3.18 (below), accessible to the Registered Members; See Clause 3.8 (above). A Prime Quiz may contain 5 Questions; all based on knowledge of either 1Mathematics, 2Science, 3English, 4Reasoning and/or 5General Knowledge or could be a mixture of them, designed on the basis of “Ability or Mental Ability”, See Clause 3.17 (below) that may range from Year 4 to General Public. Please see Prime Quiz Terms, Clause 7 (below) for further details;
3.13 Practice Papers
means different Practice Papers available on the Site in the shape of a Quiz. For adaptive learning, these Papers are designed age-wise, from Year 4 to the General Public and subject-wise, that may include but not limited to 1Mathematics, 2Science, 3English, 4Reasoning and/or 5General Knowledge. The Practice Papers are accessible worldwide to all Registered Members, absolutely at no cost;
3.14 Test Paper
means a series of 25 questions that belong to Subscription Area, accessible to the Registered Members; by Login an Account. For every Prime Quiz, a Test Paper is available, at least 7 days before that specific Prime Quiz. A Test paper is a mixture of the questions and answers which may appear in the upcoming Prime Quiz either in their actual form or We may slightly alter the type, description, expression and/or figures of the said questions or answers in the Prime Quiz. Test Paper improves Your chances of winning the upcoming Prime Quiz up to 60%, see Clause 3.15 (below). Test Papers are currently free for all members;
3.15 Improvement of Your Winning Chance up to 60%
the material of up to 3 out of 5 questions of Prime Quiz may be taken from the Test Paper. Practising the Test Paper boosts Your chances of winning the Prime Quiz up to 60%;
3.16 Knowledge Portal
means a “Huge Questions & Answers Data Bank” running at the backend of the Site, designed on the basis of knowledge or Intelligence Level of people that may range from Year 4 to Year 10 and further for a General Public in the subjects like 1Mathematics, 2Science, 3English, 4Reasoning and 5General Knowledge;
3.17 Ability or Mental Ability
means a Level of Knowledge and Intelligence, used to design the Products of this Site; See Clause 3.11 (above), the Knowledge and Intelligence Level or a Mental Ability is an "Ability", the children from an age group starting from 08 Years to 16 Years and General Public of above 16 years of age, should have in general; distributed between Years Groups starting from Year 4, and further include Year 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,10 and the General Public;
3.18 Prime Quiz Frequency
currently, 2 Prime Quizzes a month are available on the Site. We can, however, offer Special Quiz in between any Sunday of the week, at the occasion of any Event or Festival, that may include but not limited to; like Easter, Christmas, New Year etc. We are in the process of designing the frequency of Prime Quizzes in such a way that there would always be “01 Prime Quiz Per 'Ability Level' Per Week” available. For further details about Ability or Mental Ability; see Clause 3.17 (above);
3.19 Young Artists' Club (YAC)
stands for "Young Artists' Club". The Club is designed to conduct contests in different areas of Art that includes but not limited to story writing, poetry, drawing, painting, mosaic, comics or photography etc.;
means a reward You could win by winning the Prime Quiz with most accuracy and speed or by winning YAC contest.
4. Restrictions on Use
4.1 The Site and its contents, including Prime Quiz and YAC contests are available globally;
4.2 The Site is for Your personal and non-commercial use only. As a condition of Your use of the Site, You agree:
4.2.1 not to use the Site for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms and Condition;
4.2.2 not to alter, reverse engineer, mutilate, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, publish or exploit in any way the Site or its Contents except as permitted by Us under these Terms and Conditions;
4.2.3 not to harass people or collect or store data about other people using Our Site;
4.2.4 not to use any robot, spider, any automatic device, or process to monitor or copy any content on Our Site;
4.2.5 that You are solely responsible for all costs and expenses that You may incur in relation to Your use of the Site and shall be solely responsible for keeping Your password and other account details confidential;
4.3 We may send You an e-mail to say that We do not accept Your order for a Registration of an Account or booking/buying a Prime Quiz. This may typically be for the following reasons:
4.3.1 the Products are not available;
4.3.2 We cannot obtain authorisation of Your payment;
4.3.3 You are not permitted to purchase the Product; or
4.3.4 there has been an error by Us on the pricing or description of the Product;
4.4 Employees of the Company and their respective group companies, subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Prime Quiz;
4.5 We reserve the right to prevent or suspend Your access to the Site if You do not comply with any part of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Ownership, Use and Intellectual Property Rights
This Site and all Contents of the Site which include without limitation Our logo, trademark, domain name, design rights, database rights are Our property.
6. SundaySkills e-Commerce
Please read these e-Commerce Terms carefully and make sure that You understand them before Registration of an Account or before paying a fee for the Prime Quiz or any of Our Products that We may offer from time to time.
Although one Registered Account is enough for the whole family and through that Account You can book/buy and take as many Prime Quizzes (available in the list of upcoming Prime Quizzes) and YAC contests, as You want but one Registered Account allows You to attend one Prime Quiz or YAC contest in a stipulated time. If You want other family members to take the same Prime Quiz through any other device, or a YAC contest, You will need to register a separate Account to Login. All the payments into Your account must be from a registered payment source, like, a debit or credit card, or a registered PayPal Account, on which You are the named account holder. No interest is payable on the balance in Your account.
Please note that by applying for an Account Registration or booking/buying a Prime Quiz or any of Our Products, You agree to be bound by these Terms. These e-Commerce terms explain how You may Register an Account or buy a Prime Quiz. To protect Your own interests, Your attention is drawn in particular to Clauses 6.1 and 6.2 (below).
6.1 Registration Fee
means a non-refundable registration payment. Currently, there is no fee at the time of Registration of an Account with Us; See Clause 3.5 (above);
6.2 Entry Fee
means a nominal fee, majorly of minimum £1 to maximum £2, paid to book/buy a Prime Quiz or a Young Artists Club contest or any other products, we may offer on this Site;
6.3 Payment Processing
Your payments on this Site are handled by the largest online payment processors, like PayPal and Stripe. All non-UK members are advised to make the payments using Stripe to avoid additional charges on account of cross border and conversion fee etc. Making payment through PayPal may cost You extra on account of cross border and conversion fee. In case You decide to pay by PayPal, We recommend You to visit PayPal Fee, before making any payment;
6.4 Non-sterling Payments
Banks charge You for a number of things. If You are non-UK member Your bank may charge You for non-sterling transactions. Any charge on non-sterling transactions is not payable by Us. You must check with Your bank to figure out as how much You could be charged for non-sterling payments;
We, without giving any advance notice to You, reserve rights to start charging Membership Fee and any other fee that includes one mentioned in Clause 6.1 and 6.2 (above).
7. Prime Quiz Terms
We request You to read Prime Quiz Terms and Conditions carefully before You book/buy a Prime Quiz. Below are the rules that apply to a Prime Quiz, appears on the Site:
7a. Prime Quiz is offered every Sunday fortnightly or at any special occasion as described in Clause 3.18 (above);
7b. The Quiz will start at 1:00 pm (GMT) on the date announced by Us. Non-UK member will follow their local time;
7c. The Prime Quiz, You have booked/bought will be available for You to attend at a stipulated time, subject You are log in the Site; (for details, see “How it works”);
7d. Follow the Countdown Timer to start Your Prime Quiz. To get a Quiz Link (Quiz Name) to proceed, You need to click either, i- an image of the Prize (of Your booked / bought Prime Quiz) or ii- Name of the Prime Quiz (Your booked / bought Prime Quiz), as soon as the Countdown Timer reaches Zero (Days00 : Hours00 : Min00 : Sec00). Remember! there may be a time sync error of few seconds +/- 3 to 4 sec time difference between Your computer and Our server. To minimise time difference, a synchronisation of Your computer clock with "time.nist.gov" or "uk.pool.ntp.org" is advised. If You don't get a Quiz Link (Quiz Name) after clicking the Countdown Timer at zero, it means that Your computer clock is most likely running a bit fast. Just refresh Your page to get Quiz Link (Quiz Name) and start Your Prime Quiz;
7e. Depending upon Your Network speed and Your device's processor, the Prime Quiz or its processing may take a bit more time to load on Your device;
7f. Any delay from Our server, causing a delay in loading the Prime Quiz or any content of the Prime Quiz on Your device is a delay, common to all participants and will not affect Your 3 minutes time frame. (+/- 3 to 4-sec Sync Error);
7g. The Quiz will remain on Your Screen for 3 Minutes. This is the maximum time You have to solve and submit the Quiz;
7h. If You don’t submit the Quiz within a 3 minutes time after it starts, Our system will automatically record Your Quiz and Submit it for the final result;
7i. Every Prime Quiz may generally contain 5 Questions, of either 1Mathematics, 2Science, 3English, 4Reasoning and 5General Knowledge or could be a mixture of them;
7j. Questions that appear in the Prime Quiz are designed on the basis of knowledge and Intelligence of different “Ability/Mental Ability” that may range from Year 4 to General Public, See Clause 3.17 (above);
7k. Prime Quiz can be booked/bought up till the time it starts, however, We recommend You to buy the Prime Quiz at least 24 hours before it starts as any delay in payment processing may lead you to miss the Prime Quiz;
7l. We reserve rights to change timings of the Prime Quiz at any time. If such a change happens We will give advance notice to You;
In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the correctness or acceptability of any answer given by You or an operation of any part of the Prime Quiz, the decision of SundaySkills Management shall be the final. If You have any dispute with regard to the Prime Quiz, You must submit Your complaint to Us writing within 2 weeks i.e.; 14 calendar days. In case of any discrepancy between the result showing on Your computer and Our server, the result on Our server will be treated as an official and governing result of the Prime Quiz.
7.1 Your Ethical and Moral Responsibility
It is Your ethical and moral responsibility to book/buy the Prime Quiz of a certain Ability Level/Mental Ability; see Clause 3.17 (above) for You or Your child, keeping in view Your or Your child’s knowledge and intelligence level. We hope and trust that You will book/buy a correct Prime Quiz so that the competition should remain fair and beneficent for all;
7.2 Use of Calculator
Use of calculator is allowed while attempting a Prime Quiz;
7.3 Our Rights towards Prime Quiz
7.3.1 We reserve Our rights to cancel, postpone or even stop any Prime Quiz, without any prior notice, due to any unavoidable circumstances; see Clause 10.9 (below). In such case, a decision to offer You next quiz of Your choice without any charge or refund Your money, would be at Our discretion and it is not challengeable;
7.3.2 We further reserve Our rights to change/alter at any time, the rules of Prime Quiz. Any such change will be displayed on the News Section of the Site. You are, therefore, advised to keep Yourself updated by visiting the News section regularly.
8. Prize Winning Terms
We request You to read Prize Winning Rules carefully before you book/buy a Prime Quiz. In addition to these rules, there may be special Terms & Conditions which are relevant to individual Prize and that may include an increase in Prime Quiz fee, may appear as a text/link on the relevant Prize.
8a. Prizes are only offered on Prime Quizzes or a YAC contests;
8b. Our system checks the right answers of the Prime Quiz and compiles the submitted Quizzes in nanoseconds;
8c. The fastest and Accurate is the winner of the Prime Quiz;
8d. The Prize Winning Terms for YAC (Young Artists' Club) contests are different for each YAC contest and are announced with each contest;
8e. The worth of the prize mentioned on this Site is a sale price on High Street, Supermarkets or Websites etc., inclusive VAT;
8f. The Management decision for the winner is the last and final and can’t be challenged;
8.1 Our Rights towards Winning Prize
8.1.1 We reserve Our rights to postpone or hold any result if the prizes are not available. We further reserve Our rights to postpone, hold or cancel any winning Prize in circumstances mentioned in Clauses 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4 and 9.5 (below);
8.1.2 In case of any result or prize postponed or hold, See Clause 8.1.1 (above) the decision to release the held item will be made after necessary investigations. Our decision in this regard will be last and final;
8.2 Our Prize Winner’s brief details will be provided on the Winners page of the Site. Additional to the Site such details may be advertised over different websites/newspapers and or any other media for the purpose of promotion;
8.3 Once the winner is finalised, an email is sent to the winner, informing the winner of his/her win. If You are a winner, You simply need to follow the instructions on an email within 30 days, hereby called a cooling period, of receiving an email and Your prize will be sent to You within 28 days after Your confirmation;
8.4 Prizes must be claimed within 60 days of each draw subject You provide Us with an acceptable reason of 30 days delay after the cooling period, See Clause 8.3 (above). Unclaimed prizes will be voided and become the property of the Company;
8.5 All prizes are subject to availability. Should any prize be unavailable, a prize of similar price or specification will be substituted;
8.6 Receipts of all prizes would be Our asset. Winner (if You are a winner) can't claim a receipt. We will, however, send You a gift receipt, duly issued by the shop, superstore, website or a company from where Your prize would have been purchased. You could use the same in case You have any problem with Your prize or if Your prize is found faulty. Refund or Exchange Policy of the relevant shop, superstore, website or of a company would apply. As all the prizes are bought absolutely Brand New and sealed packed, We take no further responsibility once You have taken the delivery of Your prize. We, however, recommend You to keep all the packaging with You, that in case of refund or exchange, You may need; the shop, superstore, website or a company may ask for it. If You are a non-UK resident winner, You will have to contact the local sales and service agent/agency available in Your country or any agent/agency available nearest to Your country. We will have no role in this contact;
8.7 We can turn the prize into the cash on request of the winner. If this would be the case, We will deduct 10% of the prize value on account of Administration and Cash Handling Charges for UK resident winners. For non-UK resident winners the bank service fee that may incur to remit the amount to the country of destination, will also be deducted in addition to the said 10%. The prize value declared by Us would be final and not challengeable;
8.8 You (here means, UK resident winners only) can turn Your Win into Gift Cards/Vouchers of Your own choice from the range given. Your choice is subject to the availability of Gift Card(s). In case of unavailability of any specific Gift Card(s), You need to choose other alternatives Gift Cards, available. To see the available range of Gift Cards, visit "Turn Your Win into Gift Cards" in the News section. This facility is not available for non-UK winners;
8.9 This clause describes the terms related to the dispatch of a prize to the UK and non-UK resident winners and disposal of offshore prizes:
8.9.1 UK resident winners: We use Local Couriers, Royal Mail, Parcel Force etc. to send the prize to the UK resident winner. We bear the courier cost and an insurance thereof. The delivery needs signatures of the winner or of the recipient of the prize on behalf of the winner;
8.9.2 Non-UK resident winners: We prefer to buy Your prize from a local agent/agency if there is one available in Your country. If the case is so, We cover the courier charges. To ship Your prize from the UK, We use DHL, TCS, Trans-Global, UPS or any other suitable courier company and bear the courier and insurance expenses up to £100. Expenses above £100 are borne by the winner. The Prize is sent with a Gift Invoice of Zero goods value. However, We are not responsible for any import duty, import fee or any other charges in this regard that may be levied by the Government of the country of destination. Any such expenses are borne by the non-UK resident winner;
8.10 Prize available offshore: In case of a prize available offshore; like Free Tickets of an amusement park or Disneyland etc. or any Holidays package, You (if you are a winner) shall be responsible for travelling cost, including air ticket and visa processing if required. We only cover any travelling cost, offered as a part of a prize to reward Your win. In case You couldn't get a visa, We will have no other option except to remit the prize money to Your bank account, after necessary deduction as mentioned in clause 8.7 (above).
9. Account Cancellation
You can cancel Your Registered Account anytime. If You decide not to continue and You still have any unattended Prime Quiz or YAC contest in Your Account, You will not be able to attend that specific quiz or contest and any other Prime Quiz or YAC contest. Any balance in Your Account at the time of such cancellation will not be refunded;
We reserve the right to cancel Your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to You. Any balance in Your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited to Your debit/credit card or to Your PayPal Account or sent to You by cheque. However, We reserve the right, at Our discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in Your account in any of the following circumstances:
Your account may be cancelled if
9.1 You provide incorrect or misleading registration information;
9.2 You will leave any mandatory field, of the registration form, empty:
9.2.1 All the fields of a registration form are mandatory, except School Name and Location. Don't leave any mandatory field blank, using a space bar. Incomplete accounts will be cancelled. Any payment made by an incomplete account holder will be returned to the said account holder;
9.3 You have allowed or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to use Your account;
9.4 You are found cheating by employing/made use of a system (including machines, computers, software or any other automated systems) designed specifically to defeat the Site;
9.5 We believe that You are using the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent activity (including money laundering) and/or if We believe that You are in breach of the Terms and Conditions.
YOUR ATTENTION IS DRAWN TO THE OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS AS BELOW:
10.1 In the context, words in the singular shall include the plural and in the plural shall include the singular, unless mentioned or required otherwise;
10.2 A reference to writing or written includes e-mails;
10.3 Our Terms are only available in English. No other languages will apply to them;
10.4 When registering Your Account, You should take care to ensure that all of the information that You provide to Us is correct;
10.5 Anyone with a little knowledge of using the websites can signup. But if You are less than 18 years of age, You may need Your parents' assistance to pay a Fee for Your Prime Quiz or YAC contest;
10.6 The Prime Quiz and YAC contests, that give You an opportunity to win fabulous prizes, are the Products of this Site and are available to the Registered Members;
10.7 Once You book/buy a specific Prime Quiz or YAC contest, it will not be possible for Us to change it. You will have to attend that specific quiz/contest at a stipulated time otherwise You will lose Your chance;
10.8 Prime Quiz and YAC contest fee mentioned in Clauses 6.2 (above) is payable in advance and is non-transferable, non-cancellable and non-refundable;
10.9 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of, any of Our obligations under the Terms and Conditions, that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control;
10.10 By accepting any Prize and/or winnings from SundaySkills, You consent to the use of Your name by Us for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law;
10.11 If You are found guilty of cheating or attempting to defraud the Site, or if You make malicious and/or untrue comments with regard to Our operations, We reserve the right to publicise Your actions together with Your identity and e-mail address, as well as to circulate this information to other relevant Sites, banks, credit card companies, and other appropriate agencies;
10.12 We reserve the right, in Our sole discretion and without notice to You, to add new Subjects, Activities or Quizzes to the Website or to discontinue any activity or quiz, which may include Prime Quiz and YAC contest, at any time;
10.13 Charity - We will never ask You to donate any anything to the fundraising charities through this Site. However, as part of Our profit goes to charities, working for Education & Medical facilities worldwide, We believe that Your support is still there with Us.
11. Return Policy
The awarded prize, once dispatched to You (in case You are a winner of a Prime Quiz or YAC contest), will not be taken back. This will be Your asset and in case of any technical fault or problem, You may have in Your item, You need to take it back to the supplier/store/actual seller with Your gift receipt, provided to You by Us with your prize, for further solution.
SundaySkills promises to treat Your personal information secured, fairly and confidential. Recognising Our responsibility, We commit to protect Members privacy during their visits to Our Site.
We may ask You for personal information when You open an Account by registering online and/or when You book/buy a Prime Quiz. “Personal Information” means personally identifiable information and includes, for an example, Your name, age, gender, contact number, postal address, email address, demographic information etc. We neither have any access to payment card data nor we store any card information. Processing the payment transaction is currently handled by one of the largest online payment processors in the world, PayPal. Non-UK members can use Stripe, a secured Electronic Gateway for non-sterling payment.
How Personal Information is used?
By submitting Your personal details to Us You are deemed as agreeing to Us using them in accordance with the terms and conditions in this policy.
Where We have given You or where You have chosen a password which enables You to access certain parts of Our Site, You are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask You not to share a password with anyone. The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secured. Although We will do our best to protect Your personal data, We cannot guarantee the security of Your data transmitted to the Site; any transmission is at Your own risk.
We may use Your personal information; that You may choose to give Us, to respond to Your requests or correspondence and to provide You with Our products and services, to dispatch Your Prize if You win a Prime Quiz, to use for a purpose of providing You more relevant Contents and to maintain Our internal record.
13. Sponsorship Policy
13.1 The sponsors can sponsor any 1Question or a 2Practice Paper or a 3Prime Quiz or a 4Awareness Kiosk or a 5Young Artists Club contest;
13.2 The sponsors can choose any question available on this Site or can provide their own question with a detailed answer, hint and explanation. In case the sponsors provide the question of their own choice, the question
13.2.1 should be relevant to the subjects and categories available on this Site;
13.2.2 should have a size of the text compatible with this Site's user interface;
13.2.3 should not have any material that could give an impression of words against any person, religion, political thoughts or any other type of any conflicted matter;
13.3 We reserve rights to refuse/delete any question that does not deem fit to clause 13.2 and the sub-clauses (above);
13.4 The size of company name and logo is negotiable. We respect the demands of our sponsors but We have certain limits on the size and location of the advertisement, 'the name and logo of the company'. Size limits can be discussed before sponsoring any of our products, mentioned in clause 13.1 (above). Different locations for the ads are mentioned on our page, 'Sponsorship opportunities'.
14. IP Addresses and Cookies
We may collect statistical data about Our Users. We collect this data by using a "Cookie" file. Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored on and retrieved from Your computer, tablet or phone by sites for record-keeping purposes. The cookies used by Our Site will not contain any personally identifiable information about You.
What are Cookies?
A “cookie” is a small file containing a short string. A cookie is sent by Our Site to Your web browser (i.e.; Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer etc).
